Subway in Butzbach

Absolutely unfriendly and incompetent service! I wanted bacon and was told it was 30 or 60 cents. I was happy to say ok. In the end, 4 small bacon strips cost 1.20 euros and the waitress said: "Oh, I didn't know that myself." When asked if I would get a little more bacon because the statement was wrong, I was skilfully ignored. Never again!

It was really cool. I really liked the toilets too, there aren't many great toilets in restaurants, you already have my respect, so the toilets. Great toilets, really! ✊🏼🫂

Quality of the food as usual. But if you want to see a really bored service, Subway is the first choice. I was just thinking that Corona would welcome a bit of variety due to little activity, but probably not ...

Visited this branch on August 29th, as so often, to bring food for several people. What I was offered now is really more than outrageous on the part of the franchisee. In the past it was never a problem to order a wrap with the ingredients that you wanted. Today when I wanted to order a wrap with vegan patty I was told: “Sorry we can't do more” when I asked why not? (The sign: You can also have every 15cm sub as a wrap. Was there too) I was told, I quote: "If the boss has arranged this, he somehow no longer wants you can only order the signature wraps." The problem here is A. In my opinion, it violates the company guidelines of Subway I can quote from the website: 7. Can I put my sandwich together individually? Yes! Your Sandwich Artist ™ will freshly prepare your sandwich just the way you want it. Our ingredients can even be used to create over two million different sandwich variations. You can put together your Subway® sandwich yourself from all the ingredients on offer. Viewed in this way, you can choose from two million delicious sandwiches - each of which is your own unique piece. And B. that means as a vegetarian, vegan or someone who does not want the run-of-the-mill product, you can no longer order a wrap because the signature wraps are all pre-dictated and also contain meat. In a shop where 70% of the ingredients are vegetables and which advertises the individual product, I find that more than marginal. I pull the rip cord at this point and will not visit this store again. Fortunately, there are other Subway franchisees who care more about customer satisfaction out of self-interest.

Employee (dark hair) pointed out to me in a sharp tone not to take my mask an inch from my mouth. I walked behind the counter with the groceries even without a face mask. Instead of cleaning or disinfecting tables and chairs, they chatted eagerly, although no other customers had to be served. And there wasn't any food either. Sad and never again

My favorite is the Philly Cheese Steak with loads of cheese. Really delicious. Always reminds me of my trips to the USA.

My husband and I were eating in the Subway Butzbach on July 12, 2020 at around 6:30 p.m. what was waiting for us there was really not nice or appetizing: The soap was empty on the toilets, everything is dirty and sticky. In the restaurant, all the tables from the previous guests were sticky and full of leftovers, and the drinks were partly empty. Not a table was cleaned or disinfected. And in the times of Corona. (What would the health department say in an emergency?) When we made the staff aware of the grievances, the snippy answer came: the shift in front of us didn't clean, you couldn't help it. At that point we were in the shop for about half an hour. During this time a table was not cleaned. On the contrary, the employees had to make private calls and felt annoyed because we raised the issue of cleanliness. Really incredible! Even if the previous shift did not do this work, this cannot be the case. (with and without corona these are conditions that are unsustainable) Maybe you should re-teach the operators of this store how important cleanliness and hygiene are.

We were in the restaurant in Butzbach on Sunday evening. When we wanted to sit down, the dining room was totally dirty, and we were the only guests. Not a single table was wiped, let alone disinfected. The floor was full of crumbs and stuck in places. When the Lavorato family ran the shop, great importance was attached to cleanliness. The times are now over.

The restaurant was clean and tidy. The corona regulations have been followed in an exemplary manner. The food corresponded to the well-known Subway standard. The service was friendly and courteous.

Nice portions, nice people and the cookies are baked perfectly. Nice and soft and crispy on the sides. That's how it should be

There are offers and then gluten-free breads that are offered do not count. How can that be? Therefore, I would prefer not to give 1 star because the service was still rather unfriendly when asked why it was not possible. Really a shame.

Only to be recommended! The best sub of my life. A very eager artist. Super fast production and really every request was received. If you're on the highway, it's always worth stopping here.

Subway is generally my "favorite shed", but here the staff is extremely nice and quick. Only the seats could be a little cleaner, but otherwise great. Better than the competition at an angle;)
